The minimally invasive, in-office procedure uses Micro-Coring technology to remove columns of excess skin without a scalpel or thermal energy, offering an alternative approach to treating skin laxity. The technology is already FDA-cleared in the U.S., with indications extending beyond the face to areas including the neck, abdomen and knee.
KoreAx will support the Korean launch through provider training, education and its network of aesthetic clinics and key opinion leaders. The partnership gives Cytrellis access to a market with strong demand for minimally invasive aesthetic procedures and growing interest in treatments that offer visible results with limited downtime.
The South Korean launch expands Cytrellis’ international commercial footprint and provides another market for ellacor’s Micro-Coring platform, as the company continues to build procedure volume and develop its global aesthetics business.
