Estée Lauder Companies announced a strategic partnership with Shanghai Jiahui Health (Jiahui Health) and established the “Estée Lauder Companies—Jiahui Health Joint Clinical Research Center.” This collaboration aims to advance research in the field of full-cycle skin changes and care related to medical aesthetics, with a focus on clinical studies.

One of the core objectives of this partnership is the deep integration and complementary sharing of resources. Estée Lauder will collaborate extensively with Jiahui Health in areas such as clinical research, product development, consumer insights, and scientific communication. By leveraging Jiahui Health’s expertise in the medical aesthetics field, along with its clinical data and consumer insights, Estée Lauder aims to optimize its product development strategy and offer more skincare and beauty solutions tailored to Chinese consumers.

Regarding this collaboration, Guangwen He, Vice President of the China Innovation R&D Center at Estée Lauder Companies, stated, “With the continuous and significant growth of China’s post-aesthetic procedure skincare market, we are excited to collaborate with Jiahui Health and gain insights into local trends and professional expertise. This partnership will bring groundbreaking skincare solutions to consumers in China and worldwide.”

Haishan Wu, President of Shanghai Jiahui International Hospital, commented that Jiahui Health and Estée Lauder Companies have maintained close cooperation. Looking ahead, he hopes for more exchanges and interactions with Estée Lauder in clinical research and other areas, with the goal of providing more possibilities for beauty-seeking consumers.

According to data from Frost & Sullivan, the post-aesthetic procedure skincare market in China is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 30% from 2022 to 2026, reaching a market size of 25.38 billion yuan by 2026. This is not the first time Estée Lauder has partnered with Jiahui Health. As early as 2024, Estée Lauder’s dermatological brand Clinique announced a deep strategic partnership with Jiahui Health, focusing on addressing hyperpigmentation issues following energy-based aesthetic treatments.

Public records show that Jiahui Health, founded in 2011, is an innovative and integrated healthcare ecosystem in China. It operates a comprehensive international hospital and multiple outpatient clinics in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, along with an internet hospital. Committed to building a multi-tiered healthcare network centered around a tertiary international hospital, Jiahui Health provides internationally standardized medical services. Most of its medical team members come from renowned domestic and international medical institutions, including top-tier hospitals in China.
