RegenLab USA has filed for a $35 million initial public offering on Nasdaq, proposing to list under the ticker RGNA. StoneX Financial is serving as sole book-running manager, with the company planning to use the proceeds to expand sales and marketing, upgrade manufacturing equipment, fund R&D and regulatory programs, and support working capital.

RegenLab develops and manufactures point-of-care regenerative medicine devices for preparing autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), PRP combined with hyaluronic acid (HA), bone marrow concentrates and fibrin-based matrices. Its products are used across musculoskeletal care, wound care, medical aesthetics and women’s health, with manufacturing operations in the U.S., France and Switzerland and commercial reach across around 90 countries.

Its portfolio includes RegenKit PRP systems and Cellular Matrix, a PRP+HA platform targeting applications including knee osteoarthritis. RegenLab reports more than 70 granted patents, while selected RegenKit configurations have FDA clearance in the U.S. and Cellular Matrix remains in the U.S. PMA process.

The company reported $54 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, according to Renaissance Capital. The IPO remains subject to regulatory review and market conditions, with the final offering size, share count and pricing still to be determined.
