Medical Resource Partners (MRP) has entered an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Brazil-based Vydence Medical to bring three energy-based aesthetic platforms to the U.S. market.
The agreement covers Vydence’s Etherea MX, Zye ALX, and Zye YAG systems, which use a modular handpiece design to support multiple aesthetic and dermatologic applications, including hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatment, vascular lesions, tattoo removal, and hair restoration.

The platforms feature cross-compatible handpieces designed to expand treatment flexibility across practices. Vydence says its systems support more than 100 treatment applications and hold FDA, Health Canada, and CE Mark certifications.
The systems will launch in the U.S. through MRP at an introductory price of $70,000, including one laser handpiece and one IPL handpiece, with financing options available for qualified buyers.
Scott Carson, CEO of MRP, said:
“Vydence built something the market hasn’t seen. We are bringing it to the providers who are ready to stop compromising on capability.”
The partnership marks Vydence Medical’s entry into the U.S. aesthetics market and expands MRP’s portfolio of energy-based aesthetic technologies.
