BTL has established a dedicated laser division and introduced EXOLASE ONE®, a new laser platform that uses proprietary fused erbium technology to combine multiple wavelengths into a single beam.
The system delivers the fused wavelengths to the same treatment spot simultaneously, creating a new approach to laser-tissue interaction designed to improve treatment speed, clinical efficacy and patient comfort. BTL says the platform can treat the entire face in under 10 minutes, potentially replacing procedures that traditionally require multiple ablative and non-ablative laser systems.

EXOLASE ONE® was developed through BTL’s existing R&D infrastructure and will initially focus on aesthetic medicine and dermatology. The company is currently running an early-access program with selected key opinion leaders before a broader global launch planned for 2027.
The new division becomes BTL’s sixth core business, alongside aesthetics, mental wellness, rehabilitation, cardiology and robotics, marking a significant expansion of the company’s presence in the laser aesthetics market.
