Bae brings more than 20 years of experience in business transformation, market expansion and data-driven strategy. At Bain, she most recently led the firm’s AI and digital strategy practice, helping global companies transform operations and develop new routes to market.
Her priorities include expanding across the Americas, China and Europe, strengthening CLASSYS’s position in South Korea, and integrating AI and data into commercial operations and marketing. The GTM Center is intended to standardize branding, product positioning and global launches across markets.
The appointment follows recent leadership changes, including CEO Jun-oh Yoon and CTO Taek-Soo Kim, as CLASSYS pursues its target of $1 billion in revenue before 2030. With international sales already accounting for approximately 76% of revenue, the company is strengthening its commercial organization to support its next phase of global expansion.
